care @ YOU is a digital service to collect and manage information on your health. The patient uses the service by means of a mobile application to be downloaded to their smartphone.
The request
Develop a complete and multifunctional tool, designed to meet all the needs of oncology and onco-hematology patients whose health data are entered on the web platform secure. The APP must allow constant interaction (24/24, 7/7, 365/365) with your doctor, be it the general practitioner (GP) or the Oncologist and/or Onco-hematologist Specialist.
The main features:
- A Diary of activities, with the possibility of recording personal and clinical events.
- Management of services, such as video consultations, requests for recipes, transport, requests for opinions from specialists, oncological information and administrations.
- A self-care for the management of treatment plans, allergies, risk factors and lifestyles.
- A patient support/help section, with FAQs, useful information and nearby medical facilities.
The solution
This application will be a reference point for the collection of information, with the aim of reducing the distance between specialists and patients and at the same time increasing the quality of life and clinic.
Our main tasks:
- Analyze the stakeholders and define a specific UX
- Create a UI dedicated to a special user
- Work with agile methodologies to ensure quick deliveries of meaningful functionality for the project.
- Involve the customer in all processes, giving access to our suite of tools for management from prototypes, documentation and management of activities.
- Provide the consultant with the vision of the user experience to improve the usability of the application itself
- Integrate third-party tools and platforms, such as Google Fit, Apple Health, and others
